Important: This page provides website-use rules and our standard service information. A customer project begins only when we both accept a written quotation, scope of work and the applicable reviewed service agreement. Sending a form enquiry does not place an order or authorise payment.
1. Who operates this website?
Clearward Digital Services is operated by CLEARWARD-A/I LTD, company number 17472760, registered in England and Wales. Our correspondence address for website enquiries is [email protected]; registered office: 10 Potters Mews, Farnborough, England, GU14 0FF. The details can also be checked against our Companies House company record.
These terms relate to the independent Clearward Digital marketing website, not the separate PowerSight A/i enterprise product.
2. Website information and examples
We aim to keep information current, but published packages and examples are general starting points rather than an agreed project specification. We may update this website, subject to any commitments already made under signed customer agreements.
Northline Plumbing, The Little Market and Coreline Network Engineering are fictional demonstrations, not endorsements or commissioned customer testimonials. They illustrate design styles and possible functionality.
You may browse and share links to the site for ordinary lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, abuse forms, scrape personal information or interfere with site availability. Third-party sites linked from here operate under their own terms and policies.
3. Enquiries, proposals and acceptance
Submitting an enquiry requests a discussion only. We will ask for an approved client brief and confirm pages, functionality, design direction, timing assumptions, content responsibilities, hosting arrangements, separately billed vendors and prices in a written quote and scope of work. Work starts only after written acceptance of the applicable agreement and agreed payment arrangements.
Prices shown on this website are our proposed starting tariffs. The customer-specific quotation confirms the exact amount, tax treatment and milestone schedule. VAT is applied only if legally applicable to Clearward at invoicing. We do not ask for card details in the enquiry form.
Our intended initial service is website design for business customers. If a prospective customer is acting as a consumer, applicable statutory rights and pre-contract information must be dealt with in a separate appropriate agreement; this page does not waive or reduce those rights.
4. Standard website packages and scope boundaries
| Package | Indicative build | Monthly care | Typical limits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | £599 | £25/month | Up to 3 pages; one consolidated review round after first draft. |
| Business | £1,199 | £39/month | Up to 8 pages; two consolidated review rounds after first draft. |
| Premium | From £2,499 | From £69/month | Bespoke written scope; up to three consolidated review rounds for the baseline static proposal. |
All figures remain subject to the final agreed quote, exact deliverables and VAT position. Standard responsive brochure-site builds include agreed page design, domain/HTTPS setup on a customer-owned domain, relevant technical SEO foundations and the specified contact approach.
Unless included in the signed quote, prices exclude domain renewals, mailbox hosting, paid plugins or photography, extensive copywriting, branding, online commerce, payment processing, databases, custom integrations, adverts, ongoing SEO campaigns and 24/7 support. Premium or dynamic/CMS projects may require separately priced hosting or licences.
Customer requests outside the agreed scope are estimated separately and must be approved in writing before work begins. Our proposed small-change rate is £55 per hour (quoted in advance, 15-minute units, 30-minute minimum), subject to the written quote and agreement.
5. Customer content, domain and intellectual property
Customers should retain ownership/control of their domain and primary registrar account. The customer warrants that supplied text, imagery, logos, testimonials and other material are accurate and can lawfully be used, and gives Clearward the permissions needed to deliver the agreed work.
Ownership and licence of the delivered website, source code, purchased assets, templates, fonts and third-party components, together with any handover/export obligation, must be expressly recorded in the accepted scope and customer agreement. Pre-existing Clearward frameworks and third-party intellectual property are not automatically transferred by a website build fee. Nothing here purports to transfer ownership before those terms have been agreed.
The content, graphics and fictional showcase work on this marketing website belong to their respective owners and must not be copied for commercial reuse without permission.
6. Hosting, updates, support and cancellation
Standard managed care for a suitable static site covers the agreed hosting/CDN/SSL oversight, source/version management and routine configuration/link review. Small customer-supplied text/photo edits are limited to 15 minutes a month for Starter, 30 minutes for Business, and an indicative 45 minutes for Premium under the baseline proposal. These allowances do not roll over or include new pages, functional changes or an ongoing marketing campaign.
Our intended initial service hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time, excluding England and Wales bank holidays; there is no implied overnight or weekend on-call cover. First acknowledgement targets, not guaranteed fixes, are two UK business days for Starter/Business and one for Premium unless your signed proposal states otherwise.
The exact billing start, renewal period, deposit/balance milestones, cancellation notice, account access, security responsibilities, backup/export arrangements and practical handover are governed by the customer-specific accepted agreement. Our proposed standard managed-care exit is 30 days' written notice after any expressly agreed introductory term. A customer can request a written exit and export plan; third-party domain and subscription charges remain separate.
Our services cannot guarantee a particular Google ranking, amount of traffic, number of enquiries or third-party platform uptime.
7. Responsibilities and legal protections
Both parties should act reasonably, protect credentials and promptly raise factual, accessibility, security or operational issues. No wording on this information page excludes or restricts liability or statutory rights where doing so would be unlawful. Any tailored liability, remedy, change-control or dispute provisions must be reviewed and agreed in the customer contract, rather than assumed from this public summary.
For contact-data handling, see our Privacy notice. A customer commissioning a site that processes its own users' personal data may need a separate controller/processor agreement and their own privacy and cookie notices.
8. Contact and updates
If you need the full service agreement, want to discuss contract changes or have a website-accessibility concern, email [email protected]. We may update this public information, but updates do not unilaterally change the terms of an existing accepted customer agreement.
